Need to take a break? We got you!

As a result of suspending your membership, you won’t have to pay any dues while you’re gone. All we ask is 3 days notice, and we’ll stop your billing cycle. When you’re back you can use the rest of your unused monthly membership!

NOTE: Accounts can be suspended for 3 months maximum per year. Suspension is not available for “6 Month in Full” and “Year in Full” memberships. Refer to your membership agreement in your Gymdesk account for more information. 

Important: after completion of the form, check your inbox for a confirmation email to verify the suspension process has begun successfully (if there are any issues contact staff immediately). Staff will send an additional email when the suspension has begun.

ADDITIONAL NOTES REGARDING SUSPENSION:

Please allow 3 days from the date of initial request for a suspension to take effect. (Ex. if your billing date is the 15th, submit suspension on the 12th or sooner to avoid a charge).

Any time paid for before a suspension begins will be saved for when you return.

Accounts must be in good standing to initiate suspension.

Accounts can be suspended for 3 months maximum per year. A “year” is a repeating cycle of 365 days from the day you signed up.

Suspension requests, previous or current, do not apply to one month’s notice required for cancellations.

We advise you to mind start and end dates carefully, refunds are not offered for forgotten suspension start and end dates, if a suspension is mistaken for a cancellation, or any other reason. Our system doesn’t notify us when accounts re-active, so if you feel you need a reminder, please contact the gym and we’ll manually set a date to remind you. Don’t forget when your membership becomes activated again!
